ENTROIDO - Galoha Shirt

This print shows typical characters of the Entroido (Galician carnival) and is inspired by the floral style of the Hawaiian Aloha shirt. The Entroido is one of the examples of carnivals in Spain that stand out for their long tradition, vitality, originality, beauty and spectacularity. The peliqueiro and the cigarrón are the respective central characters of the Entroidos of Laza and Verín, in the province of Ourense. Their costumes are handmade, very colorful and elaborate, and stand out for their mask with a kind of miter adorned with animal or astral symbols.
